Our Front Office

Our front office staff is talented, experienced, resourceful, and accommodating. They are here to help with scheduling appointments, coordinating treatment, and financial matters, including customized payment options and insurance verification, submission, and follow-up.

Along with Dr. Teng and our clinical team, our front office team wants each person to feel welcome, informed, and supported throughout their orthodontic treatment. They are always available to answer questions, address concerns, and share a smile or five!

Dr. Teng was nothing short of incredible! Our son from an early age had sleep apnea issues (tossing and turning, sleepwalking) that prevented him from sleeping properly. Aside from the amazing smile he has now, Dr. Teng also helped his jaw development to a degree that is hard to believe! So happy with our experience with him and all of his staff. 10/10 recommend!
